These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from ZYXORANE HOME, operated by ROGERS ZYXORANE TRADING LLC, through https://zyxoranehome.com.
Product and Price Information
Product pages state the item offered, material, dimensions, included components, price, and available options. Display props and accessories are not included unless the product page expressly lists them. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Payment
We accept the secure payment methods displayed during checkout. Available payment methods are determined by Shopify Payments and may vary by device or checkout eligibility. Before submitting an order, you can review the products, quantities, shipping address, billing details, shipping cost, taxes, and final total. You authorize the displayed amount when you place the order.
Order Confirmation and Acceptance
After submission, we send an order confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout. The order is accepted when we confirm fulfillment or shipment. If an item cannot be supplied, we will notify you and refund any amount charged for that item to the original payment method.
Shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is free. Orders have a 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time business-day cutoff, 1–2 business days of processing, and 3–5 business days of transit, for a total estimated delivery time of 4–7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Cancellation, address changes, and other order changes may be requested by contacting support@zyxoranehome.com before shipment. We will confirm whether the request was completed.
Returns Exchanges and Refunds
Returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. After authorization, the item must be sent within 14 calendar days. Original packaging is not required, no restocking fee applies, and the company pays authorized return and exchange shipping costs. Direct exchanges are allowed. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and inspection; banks may require another 3–10 business days to post the funds.
Company Obligations
ROGERS ZYXORANE TRADING LLC is responsible for accepted orders and for honoring the shipping, return, exchange, and refund commitments stated in these Terms of Sale and the linked store policies. Applicable consumer rights remain fully effective.
