Shipping policy
ZYXORANE HOME, operated by ROGERS ZYXORANE TRADING LLC, provides free standard shipping to eligible addresses throughout the United States.
Shipping Area and Cost
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders. Any delivery limitation for a specific address will be shown before an order is accepted. Customers are not charged customs duties for domestic U.S. deliveries.
Order Cutoff and Processing
The order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business days. Orders received before the cutoff normally begin processing that business day. Orders received after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day.
Processing takes 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Transit and Estimated Delivery
Standard transit time is 3–5 business days after processing. Total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from the applicable processing start date. Delivery estimates may vary by destination and carrier conditions. If a known delay affects your order, we will provide updated information.
Tracking
When the order ships, we send a shipment confirmation and available tracking information to the email address supplied at checkout. Tracking may require a short period to update after the carrier accepts the parcel.
Address and Order Changes
To request a shipping-address or order change, contact support@zyxoranehome.com before shipment. Changes can be processed only before the order ships. Please include the order number and the exact requested correction.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our Return and Refund Policy.
Delivery Problems
If tracking shows a delivery problem, or if a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact support@zyxoranehome.com with your order number and relevant details. We will investigate and provide the appropriate solution. The company bears the cost of correcting fulfillment or delivery errors for which it is responsible.
